Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Voice Morph AI application (the "Service") operated by Voice Morph AI ("us", "we", or "our"). The main functions of this Service include voice morphing, voice changing, text-to-speech conversion, sound effects addition, and voice cleaning.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, including but not limited to voice recordings or audio files uploaded for voice morphing, voice changing, text-to-speech conversion, adding sound effects, or voice cleaning, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to process and use such content for the sole purpose of providing and improving our Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all the rights necessary to upload and process the content you provide.
We will retain user-synthesized voice records for a maximum of 7 days, after which they will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
The Service offers subscription plans and one-time purchases for certain features or goods. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and abide by any additional terms and conditions associated with such subscription or purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period.
All fees paid are non-refundable except in cases where a billing error occurs or where required by applicable law.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
